Foliedoek WI-SA

WI-SA Membrane is a flexible, self-adhesive and plasterable membrane designed to create durable, airtight and moisture-resistant interior seals in both new-build and renovation projects. Depending on the membrane width, the adhesive layer is protected by a two- or three-part release liner, allowing quick and controlled installation. The high-performance adhesive provides reliable bonding to a wide range of challenging substrates, including concrete, timber and calcium silicate masonry.

Applications:

• Suitable for reliable interior sealing around aluminium, timber, PU and PVC joinery, curtain wall systems, window and door frames, OSB and plywood panels and connections to other sealing membranes.
• Creates an airtight interior connection and helps prevent the penetration of air or moisture at these critical junctions.

Properties:

• High-performance self-adhesive surface.
• No additional adhesive required, allowing very fast and efficient installation.
• Most of the adhesive strength develops within approximately 60 minutes.
• Easy to install, including on challenging substrates.
• Can be plastered over.
• A 20 mm acrylic adhesive strip can be provided on the plasterable section (WI-SA Plus version).
