Facade Membrane BE consists of a PES non-woven fabric with an innovative, vapour-permeable polyurethane coating that provides durable UV protection. The membrane prevents rain and wind-driven snow from penetrating. Its smooth surface ensures that driving rain and moisture are safely and reliably drained away from the facade.

Applications:

• Watertight and/or airtight finishing of facade cladding systems, with or without open joints.

Properties:

• Vapour-permeable.
• Driving-rain-resistant and windtight surface.
• Black surface.
• 10-year UV-resistance warranty for use as an open-joint facade membrane with a maximum open-joint proportion of 40% and a maximum joint width of 50 mm.
• Can be supplied with a white acrylic adhesive layer over the entire surface (Facade Membrane BE-SA) or with one/two acrylic adhesive strips (Facade Membrane BE Plus/Facade Membrane BE 2-Plus).
