Gun & Foam Cleaner

Gun & Foam Cleaner is used to remove stains and residues of both 1- and 2-component PU foam and for internal cleaning of PU foam guns. It is effective as long as the foam has not yet cured.

Applications:

• As a gun cleaner: Remove the PU foam can from the gun and attach the Gun & Foam Cleaner. Flush the gun several times, allow the cleaner to work thoroughly and then flush again. Remove the Gun & Foam Cleaner, clean and dry the thread of the gun adapter, then lubricate it with a petroleum jelly, silicone and/or PTFE spray.
• As a PU foam cleaner: Fit the spray nozzle to the valve, hold the can in the correct spraying direction and press the nozzle. Allow the Gun & Foam Cleaner to work briefly, then clean thoroughly with a dry cloth or paper.

Properties:

• Thoroughly removes fresh/uncured polyurethane foam residues.
• Fast and effective while the foam is still fresh; cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
• Excellent for thoroughly cleaning and flushing all types of PU foam guns.
• Can be conveniently sprayed by hand using the nozzle and accurately dispensed via a PU foam gun.
• Removes residues, degreases and cleans.
• Only suitable for substrates and materials that are compatible with Gun & Foam Cleaner.
