MS 100

MS 100 is a high-quality, professional and universal adhesive based on MS Polymer® technology. It cures through atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently elastic rubber. Specially developed for glazing and windscreen bonding.

Applications:

• For bonding automotive windscreens and windows in buses and trains, as well as other industrial applications requiring high initial tack to eliminate or reduce clamping times.
• Elastic bonding and sealing in cars, buses, caravans, trucks and railway vehicles.
• Also suitable for a wide range of other bonding applications.

Properties:

• Provides high initial strength immediately after application with excellent resistance to sagging.
• The combination of high green strength and high tack makes the product particularly suitable for applications where bonded components must be moved immediately or shortly after installation during the manufacturing process.
• Excellent primerless adhesion to glass; no UV-blocking primer is required when the glass bonding surface is UV-protected by a ceramic coating.
• Free from solvents, isocyanates and PVC.
• Excellent UV resistance and ageing properties.
• Generally provides good adhesion to a wide range of substrates without the use of a primer.
• Remains elastic at temperatures from -40 °C to +110 °C.
• Neutral and odourless curing.
• Low electrical conductivity.
