MS 400

MS 400 is een neutrale één-component duurzaam luchtdichte verspuitbare elastische naad- en afdichtingskit met hybride technologie op basis van MS Polymeren. Het product hardt uit onder invloed van de luchtvochtigheid tot een duurzaam elastisch blijvend rubber.

Applications:

• Specially developed as a sprayable and brushable sealing material for durable, airtight, seamless and elastic sealing of material connections, gaps and joints between building components.
• Perfectly suitable as a waterproof coating for pre-treating walls and floors in sanitary areas and wet rooms.
• Seam sealing in the automotive and transport sectors to restore repaired areas to an original-type surface structure.
• Protects construction components against corrosion and mechanical stress.
• Suitable as an anti-drumming coating to absorb acoustic and mechanical vibrations.
• For sealing joints in construction and metal fabrication.

Properties:

• Paintable with most commonly used automotive coatings and water- or solvent-based paints.
• Excellent impact resistance and absorbs acoustic and mechanical vibrations.
• Can be overcoated wet-on-wet with a coating or paint.
• Rapid through-cure.
• Sandable after full curing.
• Good primerless adhesion to most substrates, including aluminium, zinc, copper, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, galvanised steel, PVC and polyester.
• Good resistance to UV radiation and a wide range of weather conditions.
• Free from isocyanates, solvents and silicones.
