MS 900

MS 900 is een één-component elastische constructie– en montagelijm met een hoge aanvangshechting met hybride technologie op basis van MS Polymeren. Het product hardt uit onder invloed van de luchtvochtigheid tot een duurzaam elastisch blijvend rubber.

Applications:

• High-strength bonding and assembly of almost all materials in construction and industry without the need for supports, clamps or fixing tape.
• Assembly adhesive for joints subjected to high loads immediately after installation.
• Suitable as a mirror adhesive.
• Assembly adhesive for construction materials such as skirting boards, panels, battens, beams and insulation panels.
• Bonding, assembling and sealing metals, wood, natural stone, concrete and other porous materials.
• Bonding vibrating structures in transport and industrial applications.
• Bonding and sealing metal structures in bodywork, container and shipbuilding applications.

Properties:

• High initial grab of at least 400 kg/m² without support or auxiliary fixing.
• Good primerless adhesion to most substrates, including aluminium, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, galvanised steel, PVC and polyester.
• Can be applied to damp substrates.
• Durable and permanently elastic with a maximum movement capability of up to 25%.
• Rapid through-cure and high mechanical strength.
• Sandable after full curing and effectively absorbs acoustic and mechanical vibrations.
• Good resistance to UV radiation and a wide range of weather conditions.
• Free from isocyanates, phthalates, solvents and silicones.
