MS Road

MS Road is a chemically resistant, permanently elastic floor sealant and jointing compound. It is very low-emission, solvent-free, non-sagging, UV-stable and moisture-curing, based on MS Polymer technology. The product is easy to apply, has very low shrinkage and is low in odour.

Applications:

• Suitable for a wide range of applications in new construction, maintenance, renovation, environmental engineering and infrastructure.
• Sealing connection joints between floor sections, concrete channels and balcony joints.
• Sealing saw cuts, transitions in concrete floors and movement joints.
• Suitable for garages, warehouses and production areas where a liquid-retaining floor is legally required.

Properties:

• Broad adhesion spectrum with primerless adhesion to most substrates.
• Free from silicones, solvents, isocyanates and other CMR substances.
• Resistant to de-icing salts, mild acids and chemicals.
• Resistant to short-term exposure to contaminating oil-based products.
• Excellent resistance to ageing.
