MS Turbo

MS-X 300 is a KOMO-certified, premium-quality sealing compound with excellent paintability for construction and glazing applications. Based on MS Polymer technology, it cures through atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently elastic rubber. The sealant must be painted within 30 days.

Applications:

• Specially developed as a highly paintable glazing sealant for top and heel sealing when installing laminated, self-cleaning and insulating glass in accordance with NEN 3576 / NPR 3577.
• Sealing window frames, façades, windows, panels, sheets and other façade and building elements.
• Construction sealant for joints and connections that will subsequently be painted.
• Repair sealant for maintenance of construction and glazing joints, based on MSP hybrid technology.

Properties:

• Excellent paintability with water-based and synthetic paint systems; painting within 30 days is required.
• Durable and permanently elastic with a maximum movement capability of 25%.
• Excellent primerless adhesion to virtually all substrates, including damp surfaces.
• User-friendly and versatile for construction and glazing joints.
• Meets the requirements for burglar-resistant glazing in accordance with the Dutch Police Quality Mark for Secure Housing.
• Non-corrosive to metals.
• Compatible with direct contact with PVB film in laminated glass and the edge seals of insulating glass units.
• Free from isocyanates, solvents and silicones.
• Very low emissions, certified in accordance with EMICODE EC1 PLUS.
• Excellent colour stability and resistance to UV, weather, water, moisture and ageing.
• Odourless, bubble-free and shrink-free curing; CE and KOMO-certified MS Polymer system.
