PU Foam

PU Foam 1K Manual Foam is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam for manual application, suitable as an insulation and assembly foam and for creating seals between different construction materials.

Applications:

• Filling joints and seams between partition walls, ceilings and floors.
• Connection joints around window and door frames and other building structures.
• Installation of frames.
• Filling, sealing and insulating cavities and openings in roofs, floors, façades, walls and ceilings.
• Sealing, insulating and filling connections around roof ridges, dormers, chimneys, drainage ducts and bay windows.

Properties:

• High filling capacity; expands during curing.
• Rapid curing (15–30 min).
• Excellent installation properties.
• High thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
• Good adhesion to concrete, brick, plasterwork, wood, metal, aluminium, PVC, polystyrene foam (EPS/XPS), rigid PU foam and other construction materials.
